Have a listen to the BBR broadcast, HB says how much cash they have and says that they are watching it very carefully, I think they will have plenty of cash to get things moving along, as for the court case not going our way ... Nz is fuct, the westcoast is slowly bleeding out as far as employment goes so I cant imagine anyone in their right mind letting that slip away because of a few wingeing hippies, sure its a big issue and everything but there is far bigger things going on in Nz that need hippie power to stop.. i.e seabed mining. That is far far far worse than what Bathurst is planning to do.
Come January this will all be sorted out, the decision can only be appealed on a point of law and we can finally get underway.
