cash is king at the moment and there ain't much going around, this is a strong bear market and the sentiment on property is very very poor at the moment, disclosure / updates by VPG is poor so the investors probably wary of negative downside, I wish they were like HVN with there boring weekly sales updates....... My opinion is this is a who dares wins stock at these levels, shouldn't be pigeon holed with basket case stocks like BNB, CNP ABS etc because they will still be alive in 12 months time.
