Absolutely agree Gren. I only made the statement to show others are complicit but did not actually CAUSE the problem That belongs to Newsat.

No differently, one must IMO seriously question why it was that the Companys auditor team, on our behalf for many years could only issue a warning that Newsat might not be able to continue to function or exists [or words to that effect] AFTER Brendan Rudd spent a very small amount of time with limited resources to presumably uncover a totally disgraceful mess which he detailed in his report. None of his findings have been refuted by that audit team. How come they didn't find any of this. WHY?????

Nonetheless, while that could be the reason behind further probes, again it is as you point out only an effect of the root cause - Newsats inability to manage the Company effectively.

ExIm, Lockheed, Coface, Arianespace, the auditors, etc. could all be included but they would only cloud the real issue and dilute the culpability if any, of the major players.

They could all be pursued separately by B.Y. and/or Ching and/or those on the "other forum" [even though they will never do any more than ineffectively chase shadows and name blame to try to deflect blame from Newsat personnel through propaganda] however our focus should be squarely on Newsat and the part its senior management played in the demise of what had not long ago been a Company with a massive future.

The more others protest the lack of involvement by senior Newsat management the more we should wonder why, and therefore be even more determined to get to the truth.

The class action has had more people signing up via [email protected] on a daily basis and is becoming a large data base now.
