The iron orse sector has been hot so hard saltie. IRD is a high CAPEX, high iron ore price share that needs strong confidence in global growth. I've been holding these for years and despite a few healthy spikes and trades, my long term holding is back to square one now. At least we have some cash on the coffers & overseas institutational backing to see us through. The illiquidity has always played havoc with our valuations. I can't help but feel disappointed. $1 plus looks far away again but I'll hold on. IRD is one of a few of iron ore hopefuls that I hold that have been hit like no tomorrow exists.
