re: breakout I agree prophet. Turn around is now in action and we can expect alot more of it. Still fairly low volume at the moment, but i expect it to pickup significantly by wednesday when the expected announcement is out. i.e Shougang deal settles. Todays change signifies to me that the deal is a go ahead. Buckle up.
