Just as important as the shougang deal is a firm date for producing 3Mt from existing op's. Note overheads stated current STILL 2MT.
coupled with extension hill hemaetite 6-8 Mt at these margins means big big profits, particularly if additional resources can be locked in. Assume we'll hear more about these eg. RMI etc post rmi option expiry.
Possible also that BHP actually offering rail access to other juniors might spark the interest of a cash machine like mgx too.
