Slightly confused

I must admit these presentations are becoming very tiresome. Each one provides minimal new information. The most recent one has me confused. It states that a grant decision is due in the 3q! Previous announcements have all been around construction beginning in 2016. They are cutting it fine. The grant for Cornwall is also due in third quarter. Isn't about time for a more concrete timeline for construction and commissioning!
