If something hidden for certain time which i doubt (proving unethical); then wouldn't take much time for board to lose trust and confidence of investors/traders. Though Project & Land could be very viable, board had played enough with holders in past and so trust will not be recovered sooner and this could be another dead stock.

Saying that, i still have confident that they would come up with something more +Ve. Hence, waiting patiently.
