I don't think the law's clear-cut when it comes to posting supposedly verbatim emails from company directors or emails containing paraphrased 'conversations' with directors. It's a loophole that 'newbies' may or may not know about, but usually do. Anyway, I've read enough of them over the years to treat them with a big pinch of salt. They invariably contain bullish buy sentiment 'correspondence' from the source - buy now or you might miss the boat sort of stuff. Only actual newbies asking 'dumb' questions or the very desparate would take them seriously. But each to their own.
