I dont think CTS can fall much further.
There was a 600k buyer at 10.5 or 11 only a few days ago remember
Its traded at 11-14 for most of past month
11c is 30% upside from here
IMO, its all about upside Vs downside and it can only go a fraction lower imo.
Shortly new management will DO SOMETHING to get things going.
You see it al the time.
New management going in and shaking things up immediately and provide some momentum to the share price.
Anyway, im a buy at these levels and have been buying
