Honestly I don't think this issue is management mis-execution. That pit wall failed 25 years ago and the loose material has been sliding down progressively.
When you restart, it isnt possible to fix these kind of things immediately, one has to just begin with remedial action which they have done. The mine plan review is about what is required given current conditions - these things take time to complete.
We are talking about a small amount of material from a very shallow wall slope - this is no disaster.
Agree communication is not really good enough though, they need to get on the front foot and talk through the issues in detail for my mind.
Not surprised the market is overreacting because normally a wall failure is a disaster - this isnt a wall failure but they have not properly explained that in the release.
Honestly I don't think this issue is management mis-execution....
