I suspect the Scoping Study is probably still underway, it's just they may appreciate that the market won't believe anything they say about it until they have finally delivered the promised, but delayed MRE.

Once you've got a resource, it wouldn't take much to pull together a scoping study given all the toll treatment options nearby.
