I suggest that all tranche 2 participants are already legally bound to fork up their dough immediately GM resolution is passed. I am sure there will be plenty of drill results out that should greatly assist SP prior to GM and oppies conversion. After all they have at least three rigs drilling around the clock = about one completed hole a day.
