You should never be shocked at the ability of a micro explorer to do absolutely stupid things (like going into a webinar with no results out to the market).
Post market ANNs are almost always reserved for bad news - so believe me, you don't want SLM putting an ANN out after 4pm.
This amount of volume is very fishy with news supposedly so close.
