MIN can't increase their holdings from market until October as per the agreement announced on 25th of Oct 2016
In which their rights to ROFR and royalties were extinguished. Already holding 8%+ of the company...construction of the actual plant will be well underway by October ; drilling also commences at Mt Francisco from October.
I'd expect the shareprice to be kepted pressed down until the last quarter when things are likely to get quite interesting I reckon
