    I just dun understand the market, if PMN and SUN are ready to sign deal as stated in the News, wouldnt the sp go up to at least 7.50 according to the offer??? Why would some1 keep selling it down if the news is so positive. Market manipulation?

    Analyst, company and news seem pretty confident with the deal. In respect of SUN takeover or not, dont think it would stop them from buyin PMN.
