once again, understand what the primary focus of this company is and then trade it for what it is if you want to
primary focus is to massage your hard earned into others' ("sophisticated" punters) pockets - operational matters and goals are secondary
always be wary of people who have to continuously tell you how busy they are working towards your benefit - talk and positive results are usually inversely correlated
