I think the reason for not pushing Jen Hawkins is very smart. They don't want people to do what Swisse did they want the product to do all the talking and so creating strong brand loyalty.
She is good but ambassadors come and go and mgnt know that. In saying that she approached them so they got her cheaply.
The key is continued product development, quality products and loyal customers
