    I was thinking it's due to new $2.75 share holders either dumping today (when they can make a quick gain) or in preparation for tomorrow's allocation of new shares - SP tend to drop close to issue price just prior to trading of new shares.

    I don't think it's the odds against/for Ungani-Nth. The odds are highly in favour of BRU due to past success.
