MAY can sell the oil at international prices and the PSC provides for a Profit Oil split of 67.5% with CUPET in the JVs favour variable with costs and output levels. Cuba is now desperately short of oil and will likely leverage any foreign exchange reserves to be first in line to buy. Given the situation that has unfolded with Venezuela, I doubt that AP will accept payment in the form of Doctors.
