This is no doubt testing the patience level... just think about it... if you sell, and an (favourable/positive) ANN/TH happens, you may kick yourself... then again... if you hold and/or buy, the risk is still there (as it has been for some time). So making that buy/sell/hold decision, will take some serious thought, and with not much news to date makes it more difficult.
Your trust in management will/may make your decision a tad easier.
