This stock is incredibly tightly held and news and updates don't flow as much as outside shareholders would want due to the majority of shares owned in house.
One can only assume that the directors are out to replicate as they did before with Sunshine Gas with a buyout by a major group keen to secure gas supplies from a company that has those resources I.e. Comet Ridge.
This will be the catalyst and the timing will be sooner than later.
