I have just completed a data room assessment and bid with our M&A team for a diversified services company with a value similar to the one here for UNV which commenced roughly about the same time this one became binding.
We have already found out we are not successful against three other bidders which is fine but in the event we were, the deal would already be published that funds would be transferred by February and deal executed.
We cant be far off voting.
As for the broker valuations - we need to stop getting exciting about this bumf unless the broker wants to put in a bid on what it publishes. Irrelevant information.
