    Yeah...I keep refreshing , waiting to hear from our better educated posters as to their opinion..
    Indi seams happy, so that's a good start
    I read the 8k and I'm guessing that the lack of concrete details and the clauses attached still leave us waiting.
    But the 15kk deposit has to be viewed as an extremely positive outcome as surely it takes insolvency of the table in the short term. The term deposit suggests that there will be further cash made available to the company and one would assume that if negotiations are successful, Amgen will take us all the way to commercialisation opposed to investing cash then bailing half way.
    I suppose the importance will be fine print of the deal and how discounted the 19.9% is sold for (if discounted).
    You would assume that with a deal announced there would have to be some rebound as fear of insolvency is what drove the price to this level. One would have to remember that we were a well over 3ocents when ms review was first announced so I'd assume we would rebound to that level while we wait for a conclusion to this deal.
