Anyone out there in HC land that trades with cmc having problems executing their orders


I have been told it was an IT isssue first up.

Then my broadband was dropping out.

The next excuse was it is a volatility issue.

The last one was it is a liquidity problem,

I tried to place orders for as little as 10 aussie 200 CFD's on cmc it has taken up to 30-40 seconds, sometimes longer to go through,

IN a very liquid market trading in normal trading hours, this should not happen.

Would like to hear from traders having the same problem

They say they have the best trading platform.

It is useless if it doesn't work to execute trades quickly

maybe good for mums and dads, but not for day traders

30-40 seconds and the market has moved sometimes 10 points
