re: cmc markets.......... the problem
until now. problems.
Using CMC Markets have been very frustrating. The only reason why i opened a CFD Trading account with CMC was the fact that i was promise that a particular stock i desired to trade in was available on their trading platform and that I am able to trade this particular company. But, he lied, I signed myself up under his false advice, paid for the ASX montly feeds... And... when you try to withdraw money, it takes a long time, i sent a request, no reply, no nothing. feel left hanging there. Easy to transfer our hard earnt money to them, hard to get it back. No confirmations, no reply. nothing.
I be closing my CMC Markets account as soon as i can. In the future, whenever a group of friends, or within my investment group, or colleagues or strangers I will advise them strongly against the use of CMC Markets base on my experience.
Currently use IG Markets for CFD's, customer service is cream, fast transactions, able to bid on auctions (opening and closing) etc. Reliable. Friendly and helpful service. In addition i use Comsec for shares. Choosing a good CFD provider is crucial... for those interested TheBull does some reviews and comparison:
