This is simple task, send the samples to the lab, attain the results , interpret then and release to the market the results, not rocket science...and shouldn't warrant the continue delays all are experiencing, wouldn't you agree.
Would be interesting to know the arrangements of the JV committee, IE hierarchy, roles and responsibilities, reporting matrix etc..
