globe, I have to disagree with you on this one.
on 13/10/14 ann, we were advised the following:
1. laboratory tests have been completed on the samples;
2. preliminary report was released to BCL on the same day if not earlier;
3. detailed laboratory assay report is expected within the week.
we are now 3 weeks + from ann.
is SGS handwriting the report, liquid paper'ing out errors, hand delivering the report on foot?
this delay can not be justified
