For me personally, the most devastating consequence here is 'what could have been'. Now this is not to say that it won't happen in the future, however I believe delivery of results immediately after the Takane ann would have greatly shifted the current predicament we are all in.
The sentiment - and excitement - surrounding BML following the surprise Takane announcement was high, the market had BML in their peripherals. I was so confident that the combination of the Takane ann and the Assay results would cause a re-rate to mid to high 3's...
When the Assays are finally released, we will still have both the Takane ann and the results with us, however we will be missing the element of excitement and market sentiment.
All this said, I still am a firm believer that the Assays will shift the price, and that - eventually - BML will shine up and show its true colours.
