Greenguage - After some research I believe that the divi will be about 0.04c. Can't remember where I got this - but I think the estimated distributions for 2010 were going to be 0.08c. Might have been a poster here. Don't quote me but I'll try and recall where I got that detail and post it here.
FYI - Etrade offer 80% LVR on SPN, although you do have to be signed up for their 'diversified' account. Standard LVR is 70% though!
Got most of mine in the low 80's and a $0.08c full year divi is O'k with me - so I'm satisfied with the return on this one.
