slow steady sp climb, page-2

zino - I'm new to this stock. Did a reasonable amount of research. I'm not an expert researcher though but getting better and definitely not a TA person. Nonetheless, it looked oversold to me as well - so in I jumped today. Nigh on 10% returns, nice income stock with quality assets and good cash flows.
Kept trying to find some obvious holes that would justify the 'lowish' price. Came up short.
Looking forward to a tidy sp rise and some good dividends.
