i'm not in the business of ramping or defending companies.......however a 3month delay(at least)will surely put pressure on the price...in the short term ...............on other words nothing is happening the next 3 months ,the plant is gonna be delayed for another 3 months...........not what we wanna here..............currently down 1.5c
