Nobody knows the court decision. I lean on the side of it going LYNAS's way but the fact it is the same court that approved the JV - has me slightly concerned. Also the fromour Harry Wang is not 100% confident.
Our NC seems very confident though = so lets ee who is right come Wednesday. 1.25 by AGM is what I said some months ago and weeks ago so I am sticking to that for now.
