Yes, Chris, what I like about Quadrant is that it begins to look like a real business. Boyd is aiming to steer this eventually to being a true dividend-paying mid-cap industrial.
There's a lot of work to be done, of course, but he obviously has a clear vision. And none of it 'pie in the sky' - all his talk is of cost management, internal rates of return on investment, & so on. All the boring (but to my ears, reassuring) accountant-speak.
On the other hand, there is value already locked up in QAD which, when released, will provide a very rapid gee-up!
