I think this all provides a huge buying opportunity. With the announcements to come, the rebuild in Japan... what was looking to be a glut of IO now may no longer eventuate

Not to mention the rebuild of a reactor? Or, maybe Japan decide that its not such a hot (excuse the pun) idea to have nuclear reactors on an seismic zone and revert to more conventional power production. Now what would that infrastructure be made from? You guessed it - Steel = IO = Opportunity.
