I was lucky , got out at $3.30.
Took a handsome profit.
Not certain when ELD will bounce again.
In saying that Im about to put the initial holding and the Handsome Profit back into it.
I get excited each time I see yet an other Elders Real Estate Office being refurbished , more Elders Signs on sold properties around Australia. Yes Real Estate is a small part of their business , but that small section is growing , and from what I see rapidly.
Where will Elders Real Estate be in 5 years , REA was trading at 9 bucks five years ago. It now trades at around $50.00.
