Have you considered the intervening effect of the proposed capital raising?

With an aim to raise $4.3 million at 0.5 cents it really doesn't make any sense for people to be paying above 0.5 cents at present.

Existing holders can wait knowing that for 0.5 cents they can take up their rights and get some options.
Non holders can also wait with the expectation that there could be a sell off from the rights issue

I don't see any reason for people to take up on market at the moment unless they want to increase the number of rights that they can get. Unless the company comes up with something really good in the interim of course which would incentivise the desire to get exposure to the rights.
