    I hold both nxs and aza.
    I agree with your assesment.
    NXS is top heavy with NO cash flow.
    AZA is oversold and cheap.
    AZA sp will be up on more good news from BMG

    I have acted accordingly and sold some nxs to buy more aza today.

    This is just my opinion
