    I think it will take an annoucement over the next 2 weeks to be able to build the sp again. Just your normal spinning will not cut it now. Any annoucement needs to be more than spin - like stating who are the elphants in the room! No need to discuss % or fine details - but anything less than that (liek " a lot of interest etc etc" will just be seen as making noise.
