    i dont believe DMN have done anything wrong here...those who had their buy order in when that dump came through did so at their own risk...their broker would have provided those warnings in the agreement and in the conditions of the buy order.
    we all knew the project was make or break and we knew the 3 weeks was up on that tuesday
