Either that or somebody is slowly accumulating for a couple of cent rise, I've done that once or twice myself. Buy 100,000 at 2c and sell 3c, a nice little gain thankyou very much.
Anyhow this share still rates among the "penny dreadfuls" no matter what spin you put on it.
