Well he can oviously wish for that, because he has a large cash backing which would put him in a good position if the scenario plays out? This is capitalism after all. The whole idea of the stock market is that there are winners and there are losers. And one must hope that they come out on top. *And anyway to keep from being moderated; I believe we wont see any significant rerating untill first profits come in, TOL, will see a little short lived excitment, before returning back to normal as investors in these times dont like to part with there money too easily. Once we begin to make some money the risk drops considerably and the market will rerate accordingly IMHO.
