Assuming there is a buyer looking to accumulate, seems as though they'll have to be paying higher levels.
ST downtrend seems to be broken with resistance sround the 23/23.5 level.
Even then, shouldn't be too much vol coming out and, should the company start reporting on a regular basis, we may be in store for a long overdue rerating.
