LUM with absolutely no news has slowly sneaked up to 1.0c from 0.6c 1 month ago. Absolutely no news from them, however we know that they have to do one of the following within 4 months
1) Pay a dividend (not likely but would be around 0.25c/share fully franked.)
2) Acquire another company (haven't got enough funds to purchase a decent one)
3) Merge with another company (reasonably likely)
They were warned about being a "cash box" company and have indicated that they will resolve this issue by November 2008. They currently have $1.4mill in their bank account and a market cap. of around $3mill and are very close to breakeven. The chairman and his Hong Kong investor mates hold more than 20% of the company and Ingram himself has put in vast amounts of his own cash in the past year.
Should be an interesting 3 months of trading IMHO.
