Today a little less volume than yesterday but still almost twice the daily average.....Now some group or groups are smart enough to be soaking it up.
Clearly they've done their homework.
Before a break out can occur most of the supply on the way up must be absorbed at lower prices on the way down ..taking out that overhead supply ..of course touching the previous lows is roughly where we are now..the lowest point was about $6.06.. so we are getting there for a good wash out...well below BV and certainly even further below the new and upcoming integrated book value.
Fear presents opportunity to those who do not let emotion control their behaviour.
Yes the fear of change ..good or bad ..frightens the individual and creates embellished crowd behaviour ...On the way up ...over enthusiasm ..and on the way down ...excessive fear and despondency.
Emotion creates the price in the short run ...profits, fundamental assessment and sensible behaviour produce the assessment of value and price in the long run.
