The way I see it, and as others have said, the Quarterly, POG and USD (to a small extent) have a bearing on this.
I think once we are through $1.30 it is smooth sailing to $1.60 ish, Which I expect to play out if all things are positive. this pattern is almost looking like an ascending triangle, one of my favorite patterns. GLTAH.
