My wishful thinking scenario:

- GMD will match the offer (I think this will really happen).
- SLR didn't really want the asset, but have used the situation to prepare for the real deal they want to make.
- SLR joins with RMS (which will have BRB) and they go out and buy RED 5 and OBM.
- Share consolidation happens at 1:5
- investors double their original capital
- 5% dividend paid going forward.
- the new mid tier miner becomes a takeover target itself.
