I think that in the case of SLR (and SAR) mine closure is a long way off. With SLR mines being near Kalgoorlie (86km) and I think the workforce is largely local. For Deflector it's 217km from Geraldton and air services should be open for the workforce and ata push they could drive from Perth. I think SLR should be in a good position to keep the mines going - they should also have stock of fuel and reagents but they can be shipped from Perth if necessary. I guess if push comes to shove it's "all hands to the pump" to keep the mines and plants going. Miners with operations in Australia will be a lot better off than those in West Africa, PNG, Indonesia etc where there may be problems in getting ex patriot employees to site but I guess even then staff will have to stay at site during the crisis rather than return to Australia if they can't get back; it's better than the mine closing and loosing your job. Problem will be overseas will be staff catching the virus and spreading it to others. At least in Australia the authorities are doing everything necessary to isolate us and keep us going.
