Like many here, I have held SLR for over 7 years. First couple of years were disappointing, but their resource was real encouraging the brave to continue to invest. Best buying was in the teens around Xmas 2013 or 2014 (all a bit vague now)
The dark ages followed where the price stagnated between 20c-40c, year after year, but their resource was real.
I like others sold a few when the price rose into the 60's, sold more in the 70's and all prior disappointment was erased. Who could possibly have foreseen a price now hovering around $1.40?
I believe there is more left in this run, if the gold price travels in the direction I expect it to.
Happy hunting to all long standing shareholders who have been rewarded and to newcomers. I must commend management who have stuck to their guns and steered the company well, expanding both existing and potential cash producing resources.
