slr lagging other mid cap producers

    It seems that slr of late has been lagging in stock price performance relative to other mid cap producers.. I feel this is uncharacteristic considering it generally moves a lot further than it's peers after substantial fluctuations in to pog. Anyone else notice this or understand why it's been the case?
